Our story in three phases
From a Vision to a Global Movement
Project Trinitē didn’t begin with a thousand associates or a list of clients. It began with a conviction — that geography should never determine destiny. Here’s how we got from that idea to where we are today.
1
Laying the Foundation
Before a single Associate could log in, a model had to be built. In Phase One, Project Trinitē identified its communities in Kenya and Haiti, shaped the POD model, and selected its first cohorts — young people aged 22 to 30 — through a community-driven process focused on growth mindset and the willingness to share what they learn.
1 POD model pioneered. 2 active regions. The bridge was built.
2
Activating the First Hubs
Phase Two marked the moment plans became reality. In Haiti and Kenya, the first operational hubs were switched on: 8x20-foot PODs equipped with Starlink internet, solar power, laptops, and the professional tools of global work. Forty-five Associates enrolled. Mentors connected from the U.S. to guide them. By the end of the phase, 80% of the first cohort had succeeded — and the model was proven.
45 Associates. 80% success rate. 5 mentors. This is not a classroom — it is a launch pad.
3
Competing on the Global Stage
In Phase Three, Project Trinitē Associates stopped being trainees and became professionals. Over 40 Associates completed advanced training in AI tools, social media strategy, web development, digital marketing, and cybersecurity. Four U.S.-based organizations — Cathartes, Joshua Glynn Memorial Foundation, Curtis Company, and Codman Academy — hired Associates to manage their digital presence from Kenya and Haiti.
40+ trained. 4 U.S. clients. Real income. Real careers. The model isn't promising — it's proven.
Real work. Real clients.
From Kenya and Haiti to the Global Marketplace
Project Trinitē Associates aren’t just trained — they’re hired. Right now, Associates in Nairobi and Port-au-Prince are managing social media campaigns, building websites, and running digital outreach for organizations in the United States. This isn’t a simulation. It’s professional work, professional pay, and professional impact.
Joshua Glynn Memorial Foundation
Social media management and website management — digital presence expansion.
Codman Academy
Social media channel management and education-focused communication strategy.
"Associates managing social media for U.S. clients are gaining direct international work experience while generating income that supports their families and strengthens local economies in Haiti and Kenya."
Next Frontier
AI Is the New Literacy — and Our Associates Are Learning It First
A third of the world still lacks internet access. But for the communities where Project Trinitē operates, the digital revolution isn’t arriving late — it’s arriving with AI already built in. Our Associates aren’t catching up to the global economy. They’re training for what it’s becoming.
Today, Project Trinitē Associates are certified in AI applications through partnerships with Pluralsight and Coursera — trained in ChatGPT, Canva AI, and workflow automation platforms. More than tools, they understand the ethics, the risks, and the responsibilities of deploying AI for real clients.

Where We’re Going
Scaling from 45 to 1,000+
The model is proven. The infrastructure exists. The talent is ready. Now Project Trinitē scales. With plans to grow from 45 to 150+ Associates within the first year — and a 3-to-5-year vision of 1,000+ trained professionals across hubs in Africa and the Caribbean — the question is no longer whether this works. It’s how fast we can build.
NOW
45 Associates Active | 2 Regions: Kenya + Haiti | 4 U.S. Client Partners
YEAR 1 TARGET
150+ Associates | New hubs in rural Kenya | Expanded Haiti cohorts
3–5 YEAR VISION
150+ Associates | New hubs in rural Kenya | Expanded Haiti cohorts
The sustainable model is clear: initial investment in infrastructure and training generates employment and production revenue, which is reinvested in expansion. Project Trinitē is designed as economic infrastructure — not a donation-dependent program — with a clear path to full self-sustainability.
