Project Trinitē

The David Connor Trinitech Center

This is not a classroom. It is a working economic engine — built from the ground up in rural Kenya to prove that permanent digital infrastructure can transform entire communities.

The Infrastructure Story

It Started With a POD.

In 2020, Project Trinitē deployed its first Portable Online Development center in rural Kenya — an 8×20-foot solar-powered, Starlink-connected workspace built to prove a single thesis: geography should not determine who gets to participate in the global economy.

The thesis proved correct. Associates trained. Clients hired. Revenue returned. And the community grew beyond what any portable unit could contain.

On February 14, 2026, Project Trinitē opened the David Connor Trinitech Center — a permanent, 100-person training and production facility in Pokot, Kenya. It is the POD model at full scale. And it is the template for every hub that follows.

The POD that started it all — still standing, still serving.

Overall Progress

100% Complete

Completed

Milestone 1 — Site Selection & Groundbreaking

The permanent site was selected and the ground officially broken — the first mark of a hub that would not move.

Completed

Milestone 2 — Foundation & Structural Walls

Foundation poured, walls rising daily. What began as cleared earth took permanent shape — block by block, in the hands of the community it would serve.

Completed

Milestone 3 — Solar & Electrical Infrastructure

Full off-grid solar system installed. High-speed internet backbone and internal wiring operational — the energy and connectivity layer that makes everything else possible.

Completed

Milestone 4 — Grand Opening & Completion

The David Connor Trinitech Center officially opened its doors on February 14, 2026 — marking the beginning of a new era of digital opportunity for the community.

Grand Opening Celebration

On February 14, 2026, the Project Trinitē community gathered to celebrate the opening of the David Connor Trinitech Center — singing, dancing, and marking a moment that belongs to every person who made it possible.

Community Celebration Trinitech Center

This video captures a joyful celebration at the opening of the David Connor Trinitech Center in rural Kenya.

Project leadership, Associates, and local community members came together to dance to traditional Rwali songs, marking the beginning of a new chapter of opportunity, connectivity, and digital skills.

When you give to Project Trinitē, it is more than a donation — it is a partnership. Of community impact, of economic opportunity, of cultural respect. Local leaders and elders sharing pictures, music, and dance filled the new space. Youth were economically excited and building a future where the fact that technology truly only matters when it serves, equips, and empowers a community directly.

More Than a Building

The Trinitech Center is proof. That infrastructure can be built. That communities can lead. That the model scales.

100 Associates

Capacity for 100 simultaneous Associates — not trainees in a classroom, but active professionals delivering services to global clients from a single facility.

Permanent Infrastructure

Unlike the POD units designed for portability, the Trinitech Center is built to last — solar-powered, Starlink-connected, and designed as the anchor of a growing regional digital economy.

Replicable Model

Every decision made in building the Trinitech Center — from site selection to solar specs to workspace design — is documented as a blueprint for the hubs that follow. This is how Project Trinitē scales.

What Comes Next Is Up to You

The Trinitech Center is the beginning of what this model becomes. Every next hub, every next Associate, every next client relationship starts with a decision someone makes today.

Help Build the Next One

Your contribution doesn’t fund a program that ends. It installs infrastructure that generates income, trains the next cohort, and compounds. Give today and put your name on what comes next.
